Jujutsu 101 consists of drills to help you help yourself to improve your skills in leverage control and balance disrupting for a self-defense situation.  The key move to progressively work on is the face-down capture pin.  This is the position used in law enforcement, as well as being the key capture skill in traditional (as opposed to sport) jujutsu.  You must always be wary of a weapon (such as a blade) being used against you.  This is a very good reason why the traditional jujutsu arts practiced pinning the opponent face-down, not face-up.  Learn more about how Jujutsu 101 can help you be in control of your self-defense improvement.  Visit regularly this blog, as well as www.jujutsu101.com.  Thank you and train safe.  Fred Crivello
